As part of the Go Online Now-Connect experience, many of the platform’s core features are powered by LeadConnector, a trusted infrastructure layer that helps deliver automation, messaging, contact management, and more.
This document outlines how LeadConnector operates behind the scenes and how it aligns with global data privacy laws and security frameworks to support your compliance journey.
- Overview of LeadConnector’s Data Handling Policies
LeadConnector serves as a secure back-end tool that processes customer data on behalf of Go Online Now-Connect users. Whether you’re sending emails, managing contacts, or building automations LeadConnector ensures that the data flowing through the system is handled with integrity and confidentiality.
LeadConnector as a Sub-Processor
LeadConnector acts as a sub-processor under Go Online Now-Connect. That means:
Go Online Now-Connect is the data processor acting on behalf of you, the data controller (customer).
LeadConnector is contracted by Go Online Now-Connect to perform certain processing tasks (e.g., message delivery, form handling, appointment scheduling).
We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that includes LeadConnector as a sub-processor, ensuring contractual safeguards for all processed data.

Shared Responsibility: Go Online Now-Connect + LeadConnector
Security and privacy compliance is a shared responsibility between Go Online Now-Connect, LeadConnector, and you as the platform user.
