Usage-Based Messaging and Automation Fees
Certain features in your Go Online Now Connect workspace are billed based on actual usage, so you only pay for what you use. Phone-related rates may vary depending on country, carrier, and message type.
Messaging & Communication:
- Making Calls: $0.028 per minute
- Receiving Calls: $0.017 per minute
- Text Messages (SMS): $0.0158 per 160-character segment*
- Email Sending: $0.0014 per email
- Email Verification: $0.005 per verification
Automation & AI Services:
- Premium Trigger Actions: $0.02 per action
- Review AI Generation: $0.16 per review response
- Content AI Generation: $0.18 per 1,000 words**
- Workflow AI Usage: $0.06 per workflow
* A “segment” is defined as 160 characters per text message. Emojis and special characters may impact the segment count.
** Word count includes both input and output combined.
