Deze GVO beschrijft de overeenkomst tussen partijen met betrekking tot de Verwerking van Persoonsgegevens door Go Online Now-Connect namens de Klant, conform de Servicevoorwaardenovereenkomst die tussen partijen van kracht is (&quot;Overeenkomst&quot;).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze DPA vormt een integraal onderdeel van de Overeenkomst en treedt in werking bij ondertekening, of op het tijdstip zoals gespecificeerd in de Overeenkomst, het Bestelformulier of een ondertekende wijziging. Indien er een conflict is tussen deze DPA en de Overeenkomst, prevaleren de bepalingen van deze DPA voor zover het conflict betreft.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Definities<\/strong><\/p><p>(Tenzij anders gedefinieerd, komen alle definities overeen met de definities in de toepasselijke wetten inzake gegevensbescherming.)<\/p><p>Verwijzingen naar \u201cHighLevel\u201d zijn vervangen door \u201cGo Online Now-Connect.\u201d<\/p><p>A. <strong>CCPA<\/strong><\/p><p>De California Consumer Privacy Act is een wet die inwoners van Californi\u00eb rechten geeft met betrekking tot hun persoonlijke gegevens. Toestemmingen<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen van alle benodigde toestemmingen, autorisaties en kennisgevingen om de rechtmatige overdracht en het rechtmatige gebruik van Persoonsgegevens via het Go Online Now-Connect-platform te waarborgen.
